Allow me to express gratitude to our donors! Thanks to two large donations, we raised a total of $240 for the Orthodox churches in Cambodia. This money has already been received by Father Paisie and we have been praying for the donors to this effort by name.
Sadly, we raised $0.00 (zero!) in June, but that’s how the cookie crumbles!
As for anything new goings-on in Cambodia, there is nothing new to report (yet). But continued prayers are always apprecitated.
Feel free to reach out to Father Paisie and Father Roman on Facebook at any time to follow up on the financial situation, any needs the church may have, and how everyone is faring.
Thanks for your support!

GOD bless the Khmer (Cambodian) people and the Orthodox Church’s foreign missionary work with them. If they translate the Divine Liturgy of Saint John Chrysostom into Khmer, an Orthodox Catechism into Khmer, and I recommend, this is just my opinion as an Orthodox layman, get permission to translate this English language Orthodox theology book into Khmer, it is the best English language Orthodox theology book, next to the Bible, OT and NT, and the Divine Liturgy. See: Saint Photios. (1983). On the Mystagogy of the Holy Spirit. Rev. Fr. Dr. Michael Azkoul, Ph.D., & Holy Transfiguration Monastery, translators. Boston, Massachusetts: Studion Publisher,s Incorporated. God bless you all. Amen. LORD have mercy. GOSPODI pomiloi. Amen.
They translated St Nicolai of Zica’s catechism, the didache, and a couple of saints lives. I would love for my wife to resume her translation of 1 Clement…but we might have to pay someone to get that started!
Craig Truglia, I would be able and willing to mail you a donation of some amount if you can receive from your local address cash money I do not write checks to people, and always use cash. I would donate 50 dollars if you can get donations from other people interested in this project, if she can read and translate this book for the Khmer People from English language: INTO KHMER LANGUAGE, FROM ENGLISH: TEXT: SAINT PHOTIOS. (1983). ON THE MYSTAGOGY OF THE HOLY SPIRIT REV. FR. DOCTOR MICHAEL AZKOUL, PH.D., AND HOLY TRANSFIGURATION MONASTERY, TRANSLATORS. BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS: STUDION PUBLISHERS, INC. AVAIILABLE FOR 40 DOLLARS FROM SAINT NECTARIOS PRESS AND BOOK CENTER, ASHWORTH AVENUE NORTH, SEATTLE, WA. AT LEAST I RECOMMEND YOU READ AND STUDY THIS BOOK BY AZKOUL WITH YOUR FAMILY. AND IF IT IS TRANSLATABLE INTO KHMER, IT WILL BE TECHNICAL JOB, AS THE AZKOUL TRANSLATION IS LITERAL AND SPECIFIC AND CONTAINS SOME COMPLEX THEOLOGICAL AND PHILOSOPHICAL TERMS. GOD BLESS YOU IN READING THIS BOOK ANYWAY. WHATEVER YOU DECIDE IF THE KHMER PEOPLE WILL BENEFIT FROM KNOWING THE GOSPEL OF WHY THE EASTERN ORTHODOX CHALCEDONIAN CHURCH REJECTS FILIOQUE AND WHY WE BELIEVE IN THE MONOPATRISM OF JOHN 15:26 AND ACTS 2:33 IN KEEPING WITH PROVERBS 30:6. GOD BLESS YOU. IN CHRIST, YOUR FRIEND IN ERIE, SCOTT (ANDREW+), OLD BELIEVER: SEE: SCOTT ROBERT HARRINGTON SAINT ANDREW OF VALAAM ASSOCIATION, WORDPRESS.COM. Sent from Mail for Windows 10
That book may be too long for the Khmer Church at this point. They are having a short church history booklet translated. So far, anyhting long in theology has not been translated.
